II Flow Minding: Science and Peace

I saw a film today, oh boy
The English army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book
I’d love to turn you on.

Sgt. Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band turns 50 years old tomorrow.  To mark the occasion, i wear my John Lennon eyeglasses proudly. Day four of Satyagraha at the Peace Institute has me wondering – do I come or do I go? Easy come, easy go – will you let me go? Bismillah – No.

Let’s talk about water. No, water is too deep a medium for current discussion. Let’s talk about medium. The middle. The place that nobody aspires to – mediocrity. Remember the controversy of the book, The Bell Curve, in the way back when. Screams of racist – how many folks actually read the book – it was well written and made valid points – from a different perspective.

Life follows a bell curve. There are always leaders and stragglers – the first and last folks out of the box. The box collapsed as of Saturday – the knew reality is detached from the former reality by an Existence shell – decisions that are made today will affect things in tomorrow’s visualization. Like planting roses.

The roses were ready to go into the ground – eleven bare root left-over from Mother’s Day. The cosmic sailor and I set a plan and he sailed off: the monarch inquired as to why I had chosen the rose garden location. The herb garden and spa are both going to be in that space eventually and water would be no problem. Currently though, the space is remote and water has to be hauled there.

The monarch needs everything in the designated place where it fits into the box.The gardens are not supposed to be in the field space. But the water system is not installed, so right now, i have to haul water anyway, so why worry about where? The gardens need to be planted, but the soil needs to be ripped for major planting. The monarch and the sailor are pissed off at each other, so neither is willing to order the proper O-rings. Quite the challenger, eh? No tractor, no ripping, no planting, no help.

So, I rethunk the plan. I divided the roses into two fibonacci groups and planted three in the designated space and took the other eight to ONRRE. I drew a map and located the eight roses in places where they will welcome visitors – and freak out the natural plant society folks. Too bad, so sad – i like roses in my forest. And garlic – which grows sympathetically with roses. If we wish to have future food forests and future love forests, today is when we begin to plant them.

I plan to compare and contrast different techniques to see what works. I cannot abide by tales of others, but i can listen to the experience of those who know. I had to make some decisions and ended up uprooting some plants in plastic cups: amaranth. Oops – didn’t know – replanted in compost and will water. This is a grain – i have two plants left in the boxes. Needed some space for some controls – a new box outside the old box requires a model of the old box for a direct comparator.

So – if today is cool – i play in dirt. If today is hot – I play in water. As a scientist – i have to walk away from conventional science wisdom – it has failed us badly. My fud (PhD) in inorganic chemistry entitles me to speak from wisdom and knowledge – citations are referenced to General Chemistry by Linus Pauling – written in the 60’s and The Nature of the Chemical Bond. Linus moved from science to Peace – this Satyagraha unites Science with Peace. Taliesin – always welcome to bring free spirits my way.

Play means conduct an experiment. Games are the form of experiments that reveal new information. Before we can move forward with new information, we must validate our methods and evaluate the knew information – that which we were taught incorrectly to keep us from discovering the hidden worlds.

I used to play a game called Starweb through a company called Flying Buffalo, Inc. I also played a game called Illuminati. The game company letters are FBI – and the games concern controlling groups and worlds – i imaging the collation of my e-mail traffic from the early days of the net would provide interesting reading. I remember … no – personal stories are reserved for the fire-pit.

A sense of place outside away gives me the freedom to write, to think and to be. Or not to be. The Satyagraha of Peace will take me away from this place too often – Izzy the wonder dog has already sensed the change of motivation. As I travel, home will be neglected … as i stay home, affecting the world will be neglected. Two different timelines with one person straddling both – i have to leave one or the other or – let lemme take one line and doc can have the other. The interface will grow as the media of the medium is created by new voices speaking knew knowledge and questioning why we believe it, in that form.

Woke up, fell out of bed,
Dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
And looking up I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke,
Somebody spoke and I went into a dream.
Namaste’ … doc
